Moments

A time this year when I felt most alive, hands down, would have to be running in the middle of the day along the beach during the BEEP Conference in Fort Lauderdale. Having to dress up everyday and going from one seminar to the next, it was incredibly freeing to get out and just run as far as I could among people I've never seen or probably will never are again. Liberation.
